Table Top Pneumatic Press

MODEL # PR1014

Developed with years of computer design work and customer input the Model PR1014 is the latest table top pneumatic press developed. This press is compact and tough enough to withstand years of operation.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION: Our pneumatic press stand is fabricated from 12GA. steel and painted one of three colors: blue, gray, or black.  Top and bottom frame plates are CNC machined from 1-inch thick steel and are also painted.

COMPONENTS: The MODEL #PR1014 table top press is controlled by an Allen Bradley processor. Operator safety is insured by Banner Opto Touch Buttons used in conjunction with safety circuit-monitoring relays mounted in a fully enclosed electrical box.

AIR SYSTEM has a filter, regulator, and oiler as one unit.

GUARDING is constructed from a 1/4" thick clear Lexan held in place with aluminum extrusion for operator safety.

MAIN PRESS CYLINDER: Provisioning of the main press cylinder is the responsibility of the customer, Gallard Industries will supply a cylinder to meet customer requirements at an additional charge.  Gallard Industries also assumes responsibility to pre-drill top plate for the above cylinder, mount the cylinder, and insure the press is fully operational.
